Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are sorry you will not be able to join us in San Diego!

Requests to cancel conference or pre-institute registration must be made in writing and sent to Curtis Miller at cmiller@naspa.org. or faxed to his attention at (202) 446-0888. Telephone requests will not be honored. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued 4 to 6 weeks after the conference ends.

All requests must be received by October 28, 2011. Refund requests received or postmarked after October 28, 2011 will not be honored.
